Due to popular demand, here is my Paleo Ground Beef and Egg Hash recipe. The great thing about this dish, is it makes a perfect breakfast, or post-workout meal. It tastes amazing, delivers a sucka punch of protein, and literally fires you up for the whole day! 

Paleo Beef and Egg Hash


I used the left over mince from my Ultimate Burgers I prepared the night before; this made optimum speedy cooking! 

You will need:- 

  • Chopped white onion
  • Black pepper
  • All spice
  • Umami paste
  • Minced beef
  • Eggs
  • Chopped chillies
  • Paprika


Mix together in a bowl, and throw into an oiled pan. Fry until the mince is browned. Add 2 eggs, and mix so the texture ins somewhere between an omelette and scrambled eggs. 

Once the mixture is firm and cooked through,throw in a bowl, top with paprika and chopped chillies. You could also add coriander and a squeeze of lime juice for an extra punch!
