Paleo Kitchen Basics

All my recipes follow paleo and primal principles. Eat plenty of veg, fish, meat and poultry. Some fruit, some nuts and seeds.

I cook with grass-fed, organic butter, and in some recipes choose to add some un-pasturised dairy.
